Fall signals big changes for many of us, the end of summer, the return to school for students and looking at the closing months of a year. This is great time to do a personal inventory while you make the transition physically from one season to another. Look at what IS working in your life and focus on those strength areas. I read and did the StrengthsFinder 2.0 book and online quiz by Tom Rath. The main message he addresses is we tend to tell people to focus on what may be lacking in their mental preferences when what we SHOULD be doing is supporting what they do WELL. The online quiz is an outstanding start to get to your personal Strengths and then a step-by-step plan to incorporate.
