Return Policy
Frankly Speaking, Inc. strives to ensure our customers' satisfaction.
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a credit, exchange, refund or replacement. Unfortunately, there is a "no exchange" policy on intimate items, such as vibrators, as we cannot return those items to our stock. Books are non-returnable. Books on audio cassette may be returned if unopened. We hope you enjoy your purchases, and look forward to serving you in the future.

USPS Priority Mail, and typically arrive at their destination

For orders shipped to addresses in Canada, we ship via USPS
Global Priority Mail. Orders are typically processed and
shipped within 2 to 3 business days of the order being received.
Kindly allow 4 - 6 days for the order to reach the intended
destination. Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible
for shipments that are confiscated by customs. Any and all
duties, taxes and tariffs levied on packages are the responsibility
of the recipient. Because laws and tariffs differ from country
to country, we are unable to estimate duties on packages.

to customers in these countries who have an account with
Federal Express and can provide that account number for
shipping purposes. If you have an account with Federal Express

outside of the United States, we ship via USPS Global Express.
