The Ladies seminars - developed by a woman for women, stresses Paget - are designed to empower women. They are not simply about sexual intercourse, although that is covered, they concentrate on oral and manual stimulation as a means to mutual, safe, sexual satisfaction.

Unfortunately, according to Paget our sources of knowledge tend to be extremely limited. Women and men until now have gleaned tips from their equally uninformed peers; from the male-targeted adult porn industry; from the sex as manipulation - Do This and Hook Them - theory of sex - and/or from textbooks that concentrate on sexual intercourse. Add to it that it isn not always okay for women to want this information.
