First of all, I have a curved penis. It is curved upward. What are the pros and cons of this and what are the best positions for me or her. Which ones should I avoid (if any), etc.
If I read your question correctly you have what is referred to as a Prow shaped penis, as in the upward shaped prow of a boat. First it is completely normal you just don't see them in adult films so men who are Prow shaped rarely see their 'shape' depicted. One man I spoke with had been trying to straighten his down as he thought there was something wrong. This slight curving at the end is not to confused with Peyronie's disease which is very pronounced penile curvature that makes having an erection painful and penetration for intercourse almost impossible. There really are only Pros for your particular shape as it allows you to create firmer front vaginal stimulation (G spot area) when you are on top without you having to lift yourself off of her with your arms and arc your back as some men need to do to create her preferred pressure on that area. Your shape will also make for easier front wall stimulation when she is on top facing toward you position. As one woman stated when she first saw her prow shaped boyfriend's penis, "Ohhh and prow shaped toboot"
Question:
Because of my curvature, the underside is very sensitive. What should I do to help this to increase stamina and longevity?
Lou's Answer:
Join the club, for many men the frenulum, that underside area you describe is one of their most sensitive areas. Re: longevity, until you want to go to that level of sensation avoid the most stimulating, and you have the best awareness of what that is for you. E.G.) During oral sex ask your partner to concentrate hand and tongue stroking on the lower shaft as it tends to be a less sensitive area.
Question:
I have heard that girth is more important than length. How can I increase my girth without hurting myself? Also is this possible for a lasting effect?
Lou's Answer:
A. For most women girth is more important and when you understand what happens during female sexual excitement it makes sense. When a woman gets excited her internal sexual organs swell with blood, what is called vasocongestion. This results in a number of physiological changes; the genital tissue just inside the entry into the vagina swells (hence thicker better), lubricating of the vaginal walls starts to occur and the vagina lifts up into the abdomen lengthening the vagina. This is Mother Nature's way of making the woman's genitals ready for penetration and why women are more than aware length alone is not the sole determining factor. As one woman stated "I'd rather have my man's short and fat one any day, I've had Long Dong who was skinny...it was like getting poked by a pencil."
B. First the enhancement procedure for girth expansion. It involves autologous adipose tissue transfer, translation fat tissue is harvested from another area of your body, (usually stomach hips) and injected into the penis. The downside of this is the fat tissue is often reabsorbed into your body and when it occurs it happens in irregular patterns as a result some men have found their penises become lumpy and misshapen. One gay man's comment about seeing an "enhanced" penis was "My God it looked like an angry sausage".
The vacuum pumps claim to increase size permanently, however I have also heard of men hurting themselves during recreational activity using too much suction and damaging the tissue. The vacuum pumps work well for men who need an external source to bring blood into the penis so they can have an erection for penetration. Men who have undergone prostatectomies and as a result lost the nerves on either side of the prostate that are responsible for establishing an erection, use the pumps to attain an erection and then use a cock ring device at the base so the blood is maintained in the penis so penetration is possible.
Then we have the gazillions of products claiming to do so on the internet. My comment caveat emptor, buyer beware. And even those with a "Satisfaction Guaranteed" refund won't have to worry too much as most men will never return a product about their penises and say it didn't work for them.
Question:
Does every woman have the ability to ejaculate? What are the best positions for me and her?
Lou's Answer:
I will answer as I was told at the World Congress of Sexology in Paris 1999 by Spanish researcher Dr. Francesco Cabello Santamaria one of the foremost authorities on female ejaculation. He estimates that 80% of women do. He commented further that often the amount is so small some women do not realize they have ejaculated, it gets mixed in with other body fluids that occur during sex. The fluid is from the para-urethral glands and is NOT urine. In my seminars I can share there are some women who always do, some who sometimes do and some who never do. Some who know to have to have a towel under their hips as they have such a flow.
The ejaculation occurs just before the orgasm and some women have been accused of "peeing" by their ill-informed partners and as a result sadly have stopped themselves from experiencing that type of pleasure. Female ejaculation can occur as a result of manual sex, oral sex, masturbation or intercourse and, as Dr. Beverly Whipple sex researcher and the person who named the G spot stated, one of the biggest misconceptions about female ejaculation is that it only occurs with G spot stimulation. Having said that for many women it is the firm stimulation with a firm G spot device such as the Crystal Wand on my website that has them experience it most often.
I have had many woman say "I need to learn to ejaculate" my husband/partner sees it is porn films and thinks it so hot. That is not a pleasure based quest, it is a performance based quest. My feeling is however a woman or a man experiences sexual pleasure we should keep it about the pleasure not the performance.
